Full Day Two Year Olds

‍Potty Trained and Non-Potty Trained Two Year Olds
Children must turn 2 years old by September 1st of the current year to enroll in the two year old program at Destiny Christian Preschool.

At Destiny Christian Preschool our full day two year old  full day class is designed for children just beginning to participate in group activities. Toilet training is a vital component to our program for two year olds. Our teachers develop a plan with parents to ensure success at home and school. Children are introduced to basic shapes, colors, name recognition, numbers and letters. Our goal is to teach children that God loves them, Jesus is their friend and they can love Him. They are taught basic Bible lessons and repeat simple Bible verses. Two year olds know their likes and dislikes and enjoy repetition and routines. Recognizing this, our teachers introduce new activities slowly over time. To have a successful school start, children should be pacifier and bottle free and ready for a large group learning experience.

08:00am - Transition to Classrooms for Exploratory Play
08:30am - Doors Open for 8:30am Drop Off
08:30am - Sign-In & Exploratory Play
09:15am - Doors Close for Drop Off
09:25am - Clean up & Restroom
09:30am - Snack Time
09:45am - Outside Play Time
10:05am - Exploratory Play, Art and Centers
10:15am - Restroom
11:30am - Prepare for Lunch
11:45am - Lunch Time
12:15pm - Restroom
12:30pm - Nap Time
02:15pm - Wake up and Pack Up from Nap
02:30pm - Restroom
02:45pm - Snack for children who are picked up between 4-5:30pm
02:45pm - Dismissal for 3pm pick up
03:15pm - Outside Time
03:45pm - Dismissal for 4pm pick up
04:15pm - Exploratory Play and Afternoon Art Activities
05:30pm - Center Closes
