Destiny Christian Preschool was started in 2009 as an academic institution that operates as a ministry of Destiny Christian Church. Kindergarten was started in 2010. In 2018, we expanded to include a Transitional Kindergarten as well as a First Grade. In 2019 we added Second Grade. This year we will add Third Grade when school starts in August 2020. We plan to offer one additional grade per school year until the Sixth Grade is reached. We offer extended hours in the early morning and late afternoons as a courtesy for parents who request it. We identify ourselves as an academic institution that values high academic standards, community partnership, and biblical infusion through all subjects. We have found that empowering children to make healthy choices in their early years allows them to be successful as they continue throughout their elementary school years. With that in mind, we look for opportunities daily to guide and allow children to make healthy choices.

A Note From Our Director
As part of Destiny Christian Church that values family and children, I am blessed to use the gifts God has given me. For the past 30 years, I have worked in the field of early childhood education in both public and private settings. I have a Child Development Site Supervisor Permit issued by the State of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. My husband, Robert, and I have been married for 29 years. We live in Roseville with three of our four children who are almost 19, 18, and 16. Our oldest son is in the Navy. As a mom, I understand the challenges families face finding a quality preschool, elementary school, and childcare. As an educator, I know the spiritual development of a child is just as important as the other areas. Job 34:4 tells us, “Let us learn together what is good.” At Destiny Christian Preschool and Elementary we partner with parents to provide a safe, nurturing, affordable environment to help your child grow, remembering that they are individuals. Biblical instruction is integrated throughout our day. We want your children to know that they matter to God, that He has an amazing plan for them and that His presence changes everything! Stop by anytime. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
Mrs. Colleen Mullendore, Director
Our son has attended Destiny Christian Preschool since he was 2 years old and he has had an amazing experience. The atmosphere and the learning environment is optimal for all young children. We have been blessed to have found a preschool that not only concentrates on academics but teaches children independence and confidence. We highly recommend this school! – Sierra S.
We absolutely could not love this place more. We sent our son to DCP when he was 2 and he attended for 3 years until he started kindergarten. When our daughter was old enough to start preschool, there was no doubt where she would be going. She was there until she started public school. We are so pleased with the staff, facility, and curriculum. Destiny has given our kids a great start and prepared them for what’s to come. Whether you are looking for a Christian school (which we loved) or not, either way, you cannot go wrong with DCP. Not to mention that the tuition is very reasonable. – R. Jones
Phenomenal pre-school has prepared both my children for kindergarten and beyond! (They have a great kindergarten too;) Absolutely worth sending your kid(s). Wonderful administrative staff and amazing teachers!!! – Robi Q.
My granddaughter thrived in Pre-K here. She loves going to school, her vocabulary improved, she learned good manners and positive interaction with her classmates and teachers, writes her name very well and most of all her kindergarten assessment stated Destiny did a great job and she is ready for kindergarten! – Marlene B.
Amazing and loving staff! Our little one has grown and learned so much while attending DCP! – V. Mason
